Sex talk with my 14 year old daughter?

I am getting ready yo have the sex talk with my 14 year old daughter.I know she has probably learned alot of information from her friends,the internet,television,etc...But I want to have a one on one conversation with her to make sure she knows the truth and not something her friend told her that could get her into trouble.So my question is,what are the appropriate topics to talk about with her?How far into detail should I go,what should I discuss,etc..

ask her what she already knows about sex and about stuff that she has heard. and ask if she has any questions about anything. and you should discuss EVERYTHING so she can be comfortable coming to you and talking to you about it. and definatly discuss PROTECTION and STDS. Being 14 she probably knows more about sex then you do so just make sure she knows she can come to you and talk about anything.
