Are school teachers required to notify parents if a child is a sex offender?

I am doding a paper on juvenile sex offender and trying to write on how the stigmatization aspect affects their lives. If a child under 14 is labeled a sex offender, obviously the community must be notified and all the steps of a grown up must be takes. As far as school goes, do teachers have to inform parents that there is a sex offender now in their child's class?

Adam Walsh Act and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241 and 2246, a fourteen-year-old juvenile adjudicated delinquent of the sexual act of intentionally touching an eleven-year-old's genital area, can be required to register as a sex offender and submit to community notification for the rest of his life.

For those of you who cannot believe 14 year olds cannot be sex offenders need to stop trying to answer my question and go search google

since children under 14 are seen as victims not predators you have nothing to worry about

no the school is not required to notify you
why make the childs life harder
kids under 14 have no concept of sex or sex acts get a clue
some kids over 10 have sex but it doesnt mean they have any clue what they are doing
